Inspired by gran mothers cooking, Enrique Lasso de la Vega, decided in 2019 to bring his families traditional recipes to share with the people of Canada. Enrique saw that the Victoria market lacked authentic food made with quality ingredients as well as an ambience that would put you at ease . And so......Azteca was born, a one-of-a-kind culinary establishment with a menu inspired by the idea of simple and honest cooking.
